These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tickety Hub mobile application and website ("Services"). By accessing or using Tickety Hub, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Use Tickety Hub only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to hack the platform
- Not create fake bookings or fraudulent transactions
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login information secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Reporting unauthorized use immediately
3. Ticket Purchases
When you buy a ticket:
- All sales are final unless the event organizer states otherwise
- Tickety Hub is not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or refunds
- Payment details are processed securely by third-party payment processors
- Any refund or dispute must go through the event organizer.
4. Vendor Listings
Vendors and service providers are responsible for:
- Accuracy of their profile and service descriptions
- Uploading genuine photos
- Maintaining proper business licenses and legal compliance
- Delivering services booked through the App
Tickety Hub is not liable for vendor actions.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Tickety Hub a non-exclusive license to display and use your content within the platform for functionality and promotion.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- Post harmful, illegal, or misleading content
- Impersonate another person
- Misuse vendor information or user data
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the App
- Use the App to promote illegal events or activities
Violation may result in account suspension or removal.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tickety Hub is not liable for:
- Event cancellations
- Loss of payments caused by payment providers
- Vendor quality or service issues
- Losses resulting from misuse of the App
- Technical issues, outages, or data breaches beyond our control
You use the App at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
